I help chefs and restaurant owners write cookbook proposals and deliver them directly to cookbook editors at large publishers for consideration. Once a cookbook is acquired by a publishing house, I help the chef or restaurant owner write the cookbook, acting as an editor, co-writer, or ghost writer depending on the client. I also help them reduce and simplify restaurant recipes so the recipes are easy to digest for the home cook.
